Jungian Analysis

Analysis is the process by which one works towards the individuation, the becoming of one’s own self. It is through this work that one heals. My therapeutic journey addresses the past, the present and the future in order to deal with the psychological questions of depression, anxiety, relationships, love, loss, life transitions, trauma, family dynamics, illness, addictions, creative blocks, identity, orientation and last but not least, meaning. The capacity to deal with the unknown and find psychological balance are at the core of Jungian analysis. The balance depends on a careful consideration of the unconscious, which we relate to in this process through symbols in dreams, fantasies, creative work, astrological aspects, spiritual practices, synchronicities, accidents and psychosomatic events. It is a mystery that involves the spirit, the psyche and the matter (mind and body) and their interactions. It is a journey for change, healing and self knowledge.
